Company Information

The Website is operated by TeamWeGo Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, specialising in non-slip football socks, football sports products, and athletic apparel.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and accept payment methods including credit cards, PayMe, FPS, Alipay, and Octopus.

• Once confirmed, an order constitutes a final purchase agreement. TeamWeGo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to out-of-stock items or technical issues).

• Product prices do not include shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Terms

• Hong Kong local orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days. International delivery times vary by region.

• TeamWeGo is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., weather or logistical issues).

• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Losses due to incorrect addresses are borne by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

• Products with quality issues can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

• Non-quality-related exchanges (only for size changes, not applicable to intimate items such as socks or underwear) must be requested within 7 days, with return and shipping fees borne by the customer.

• Refunds are only applicable if exchange products are out of stock and will be processed within 14 working days of return confirmation, using the original payment method.

Promotions

• TeamWeGo periodically offers promotions (e.g., discounts, gifts, or free shipping), with details announced on the Website.

• Promotions may have conditions (e.g., minimum spend or specific products) and are subject to change or termination without prior notice.

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

• Promotional products are limited in quantity, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to availability.

Membership Program

• TeamWeGo offers a membership program where registered members can enjoy reward points, exclusive discounts, and priority access to promotions.

• Every HK$20 spent earns 1 point, which can be redeemed for discounts or specific products (redemption details available on the Website).

• Every 10 points can be redeemed for HK$1, with a maximum redemption limit of HK$100 per transaction.

• Points reset annually on January 1.

• Membership and points are non-transferable. TeamWeGo reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership program, with changes announced on the Website.

• Members must ensure account information is accurate. Losses due to account misuse are borne by the member.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website (including images, text, trademarks, and designs) is owned by TeamWeGo and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

• The slogan “Stop N Go” and the TeamWeGo logo are registered trademarks protected by law.

Limitation of Liability

• TeamWeGo strives to ensure accurate product descriptions but does not guarantee all information is error-free.

• The Website is provided “as is,” and TeamWeGo is not liable for any indirect losses arising from its use.

Applicable Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts will handle any disputes.
