Return Policy

  1. The order will be sent in 1-3 working days after the confirmation. The order will be received 2-5 working days after the order left the warehouse. Please beware that your information and address is correct for an easier process.  
  2. TeamWeGo provides customers with '3-days Local Return & Exchange Service'  
  3. Return & Exchange of Goods services are provided for goods with quality issue ONLY.  
  4. Order Receipt and goods with original packaging need to be shown to TeamWeGo within 3 days after received the goods. Please contact Instagram @twg.hk or email us teamwegohk@gmail.com for after-sales service.  
  5. The customer cannot cancel the purchase order as long as it has been confirmed, and no refunds can be made. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original one.  
  6. In case of dispute, TeamWeGo reserves the right of final decision.
