TeamWeGo Website Return and Exchange Policy
1. Returns/Exchanges for Quality Issues
If a product has quality issues (e.g., damage or manufacturing defects), customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (e.g., tags).
To request an exchange, contact customer service (email: cs@teamwego.com or WhatsApp: +852 9245 7612) with your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.
TeamWeGo will cover return and reshipping costs for quality-related issues.
2. Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues
Exchanges for non-quality issues are limited to size changes and do not apply to intimate items (e.g., socks or underwear).
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt, with the product unused, in its original packaging, and including all accessories.
Customers are responsible for return and reshipping fees.
Exchange requests are subject to TeamWeGo’s approval and stock availability.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if the exchange product is out of stock.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and confirmed by TeamWeGo to meet return conditions.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of return confirmation, issued via the original payment method.
Fees beyond the product price (e.g., shipping or packaging fees) are non-refundable.
4. Return/Exchange Process
Contact customer service to submit a return/exchange request, providing order details and relevant evidence (e.g., photos).
Customer service will provide a return address and instructions. Customers must follow these to return the product.
Upon inspection and confirmation of eligibility, TeamWeGo will process the exchange or refund.
Unauthorised returns or products not meeting conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Important Notes
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Losses due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
Promotional items, gifts, or discounted products may not be eligible for return/exchange, subject to Website announcements.
TeamWeGo reserves the right to final interpretation and may reject return/exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
