- Exchanges for non-quality issues are limited to size changes and do not apply to intimate items (e.g., socks or underwear).
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt, with the product unused, in its original packaging, and including all accessories.
- Customers are responsible for return and reshipping fees.
- Exchange requests are subject to TeamWeGo’s approval and stock availability.
- Refunds are only applicable if the exchange product is out of stock.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and confirmed by TeamWeGo to meet return conditions.
