TeamWeGo Shipping Fee Calculation

1. Shipping Fee Principles

• Product prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated separately at checkout based on order details.

• Shipping fees are determined by the delivery region, order weight, and shipping method, with the exact amount displayed on the checkout page.

2. Hong Kong Local Orders

• Local orders in Hong Kong are subject to a standard shipping fee of HK$25-30 (for orders below HK$300).

• Orders of HK$300 or above qualify for free shipping (Hong Kong only, applicable to SF Express stations/smart lockers/ residential/office delivery).
  

• Remote areas (e.g., outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan) do not incur additional surcharges.

3. International Orders

• International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country/region, package weight, and shipping method.

• Reference fee range (for a 1 kg package):

  • Asia (e.g., Taiwan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea): approximately HK$80 - HK$200.

  • Europe and North America: approximately HK$150 - HK$300.

  • Other regions: a specific amount is displayed at checkout.

• Orders of HK$300 or above qualify for free shipping (Malaysia and Singapore only).

• Orders of HK$400 or above qualify for free shipping (Macau only).

• International orders may incur additional taxes or customs clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and subject to local customs regulations.

• International orders require the recipient’s English name and English address for delivery arrangements.

4. Free Shipping Promotions

• TeamWeGo periodically offers free shipping promotions, with conditions (e.g., minimum spend) announced on the Website.

• Free shipping applies only to designated regions or products, as specified in the promotion terms.

• Orders of HK$300 or above qualify for free shipping (Hong Kong only, applicable to SF Express stations/smart lockers/ residential/office delivery).
  

• Orders of HK$300 or above qualify for free shipping (Macau, Malaysia and Singapore only).

5. Important Notes

• All shipping fees are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). International orders may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Additional fees or losses due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

• TeamWeGo reserves the right to adjust shipping fee standards, with the latest information displayed on the checkout page.
